I am super relieved to see someone picking up the project. Thank you!
Maybe you'd like to set up a donation page, so we can show our gratitude? What does @r3peat think?

It used to work before.

Not sure which one is broke. It might be IsMonsterSelected and SelectedMonster_MaxDistance.

none I was able to use ISbuffActive it seems it work properly with that instead of IsBuffCount (mangle passive). But I can't get crippling wave Tsunami to work select monster max distance 20 and Force key press yes, however it works with force key press no for tsumani passive. Some behaviour for the monk skills is really odd.

I like your solution will try it out for assimilation mangle. What about just crippling wave tsunami for heal monk? Without any buff count?

I just downloaded D3Helper version 16.08.25 beta on Windows 7x64. If I run D3Helper while the game is running I get the following error: This program has stopped working.

If I hit continue, D3Helper will run, but it says an update is available., and none of the buttons show up.

Yep, after today's game update, D3Helper loads, but doesn't work, with a button saying "Update" - which if you click on, just leads to the forum here, where there is no updated version of the program to download.
