Hey R3peat, I found the issue. I deleted "Phalanx.bin" (0 bytes) in my definitions folder. All is working well again.

Yeah i posted elsewhere. Phalanx DOES NOT save correctly (you can use it within the session you set it up). It will be saved always as 0 byte and will screw all

I've downloaded and put the folder for the 2.4.0.35616 update in my directory with the rest of my D3H files, but when I run the application I still get the message saying it's out of date. I tried merging the contents of the 2.4.0.35616 folder with the folder for the previous patch, but I still get the same message. Admittedly, I'm kind of new to D3H, but am I missing something? Can anyone tell me the correct way to update and get it to work again?
