works just for solo for me.
I just see it if i got coe equipped myself, and then its just my rotation next to another players portrait. it was kinda synced to the other player, but not to the right portrait (it was next to heal monk, 4th player in portrait list). Just tried it while i was on wd, the monk also has poison in "his" rotation. After the heal monk left the group, the rotation stayed on the forth portrait.
Closed helper then and asked the last guy left (also monk, me on wd) to equip coe, restarted helper: perfectly timed, correct rotation, but still had my own rotation next to where the 4th portrait would be, tho i restarted and un/checked coe feature.
everything in the same game without leaving.
rejoined the game and had my own rotation again next to the third portrait (3 players again), no one besides me got coe equipped tho.

Sorry, typing while trying it out. Wanted to give feedback before going to bed.
Tried again 3 players, 2 monks, both coe equipped (+me to see it ofc). I see the rotation of the 3rd monk next to the 2nd, and my own next to the 3rd monks.
You probably just had speed runs in mind, where it just matters for the dmger to see the swk coe, but its still wrong placed then.

Will check this. So there is obviously something wrong with the obtained player index. But the drawed rotation was correct ? Just shown at a false player ?

Yes the rotation was correct, just drawn at the wrong player. I didnt mention it before, but if im saying my own rotation is next to another portrait, i see it twice cause its also next to my portrait. That wasnt clear sorry.

How do you actually set up the COE rotation for party members?

I read their buff attributes from mem. So I know the current element. Next element is taken from a hardcoded array for each class
