People say they were banned for THUD or Macros and since D3Helper is similar to Macros, did anyone get banned for using it?

people talk shit, no hud bans.
some claim to be banned without using anything at all over at reddit, lets see how this turns out.

Nope. Nothing to worry about at all. I'm not banned, neither is anyone else in my clan. We've been playing all week and today as well. We all use TurboHud and D3Helper, but no one uses bot's or AHK / Other Macro programs.

There's a common denominator with all the non-bot bans that I'm seeing on Thud forums and besides Thud they also use AHK. That could possibly be the reason for it but that's just a guess though so nothing is conclusive.
