Unexpected Error

Hey there,
I get the following error when I try to launch the program (see attached picture). Have downloaded the files, the SlimX thing, the C++ and net framwork 4.5, but still get the same problem. If I push continue the program will open but say it's outdated.
And ideas?
EDIT: I did double check Firewall, and even made an exception to allow this program, so I don't think that is causing it.
