Condition Pull Down is cut off

Hello, fairly new user, but I have a strange issue maybe someone can help real quick.
Mt cast condition pull down menu cuts off at Worl_BossInRange. However there are more choices below this but I cannot see them. I can scroll over a few but the scroll is bottomed out, but I can see the description of the conditions change, but I am mousing over what looks like an empty spot.
