meh do i have to define such a condition everytime i use the BuffTicksLeft condition? which sno/id should the buffendtick have? the same as the BuffTicksLeft condition? if so, why not internally create a buffendtick condition for every BuffTicksLeft condition? what exactly is buffendtick doing anyway?
Edit: ups xD

its the attribute which tells the game when the buff ends with a gametick value
for example
when a power with a duration gets applied @ gametick 50000 and the duration of the power is 3600 ticks the game automaticaly assign the powers attribute BuffEndTick with value 53600
so @ gametick 53600 the power will end
i dont see the trouble here
u had to assign an AttribId for that condition too in the past
now u just take the BuffEndTick one of the given Power which can be easily achieved by using the ActivePowerView
i could do little tweaks which will make things easier to handle and to understand but this tool is no TurboHUD. its not Unzip and Start and everything is working.
its something new and a bit more complex ^^

okay, now after fiddling around with this condition i finally understood what you meant. i thought what you were saying all the time was that i have to create a second condition "BuffEndTick" if i want to use the " BuffTicksLeft" condition. but still, why dont you just extract the BuffEndTick attribID from the powerSNO that is given by the user? why has the user to do something that would naturally be done automatically? its easier and prevents misunderstandings and inproper use.
