Cast Conditions not saving

I run D3H and make some changes to my cast conditions, play the game for a while. If I log out of the game or restart D3H all those changes I made are no longer there.
Some of the conditions do remain, so it seems as though it saved it at one point, but now as I change conditions it does not save them. Each restart it reverts back to what seems like an older saved version.
