Hello,
is there a way to indicate if someone in a party is dead and use that as a definition in the skill editor?

No actually "all partymember in range" just checks if all party members are in range it doesn't make any difference if they are dead or not.
for example i use this for barbarian ignore pain:
[{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":0,"Values":[1.0],"ValueNames":[3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":22,"Values":[48.0],"ValueNames":[1]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":21,"Values":[266254.0,755.0,50.0,-1.0,0.0],"ValueNames":[0,4,1,2,3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":21,"Values":[224639.0,755.0,50.0,-1.0,0.0],"ValueNames":[0,4,1,2,3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":21,"Values":[439438.0,755.0,50.0,-1.0,0.0],"ValueNames":[0,4,1,2,3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":21,"Values":[212032.0,755.0,50.0,-1.0,0.0],"ValueNames":[0,4,1,2,3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":5,"Values":[100.0,1.0,1.0],"ValueNames":[1,2,3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":76,"Values":[1.0],"ValueNames":[2]}] and it still casts ip if all the partymembers are in range and one of them is dead.
