VMware - Resource allocation

Hi there
After some trial and error I got D3Helper finally running and I'm very content so far.
I run:
Windows 8.1
Intel i7 4770k @ 3.4 GHz
16 GB RAM
The bos itself runs on:
VMware with Windows 7 32bit
4 GB Ram
1 Processor with 4 cores per processor
I'm running Ros-Bot using a script for a LoN-Crusader (D3H + AHK).
Since using D3Helper, I have quite a drop in FPS which barely bearable. D3Helper itself uses less than 100 MB RAM and about 17% of the CPU.
What kind of change of settings on VMware do you suggest to get it running a bit faster?
D3 is running on 800*600 fullscreen windows with lowest possible graphic settings.
