Totally lost getting this working

I am lost on several things in how to get this program working.
I am just trying to learn by setting up soul harvest and spirit walk for learning purposes.
I see how to use the drop downs and how to link a second condition to it. I can also see how to set the or, to add a variation to the condition..
On the pages with the conditions I see something like below
[{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":0,"Values":[1.0],"ValueNames":[3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":5,"Values":[18.0,1.0,1.0],"ValueNames":[1,2,3]}]
I have tried copying and pasting and cannot do so. Is there a way to do so that I am missing.
The other thing I am lost on is how to change yellows to white, having set up my chatracter next to the cube with a full inventory of parts and white items I then press the hot key. The character dances but no changes happen, the pointer / cursor does not seem to hit the boxes correctly. Is ther a resolution I should have set for this.
