Starting help: Casting condition for Potion

Hi there,
Im new to D3Helper and so far I used only some casting conditions from others. However i think the general concept is clear to me, the only obstacle seems to know the right PowerSNO and AttribID.
I want to create a casting condition for my Potion. So i started to try it with the condition that Akarats Champion is active:
[{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":0,"Values":[1.0],"ValueNames":[3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":1,"Values":[269036.0,756.0],"ValueNames":[0,4]}]
However it does not work (and yes i was not at full health
)
What did i do wrong? Btw "AutoPotion" is disabled in the "Auto" settings.
Ultimately i want to have D3H use Potion conditioned on Convention of Elements Cycle, but i thought i try to start with a more easy thing than CoE...
