Well I have tried many times and have even re-downloaded the files again to get it working but nothing works for some reason. The Overlay does not pop up yet it does see that Diablo 3 is running because it pulls my characters skills. I have tried to do a fresh install and set up the bindings again but nothing works there either. Also auto pickup does not work. It is like it is receiving data but it is not sending anything to the client to run correctly. Steps- Running on Windows 10 Current version
- Running current version of D3Helper live version.
- No antivirus or firewall blocking programs and are aloud through windows.
- Re-installed to no avail.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this issue? This plugin would help so much with the looting. I am color blind and have a hard time with a lot of the game and have to take breaks from the migranes so this would be a very big benefit. I wish bliz would actually add in a color blind mode for us..

Does your Diablo3 client is running in separate memory? could have been setted to run as DEP or using separated visual c+, many Bot program when you install them from a .bat Wizard can attach to your diablo3 from separate memory (to not be detected by some peasky Ram analyzer).
Maybe just try to execute As Admin your D3helper, it could be blocked or lacking of sufficient permissions to access,
An other possible option would be an obvious False-positive issue where your anti-virus have blocked some feature of it to protect yourself. Obviously it 110% normal regarding the program that any working anti-virus would try to block it (even if not all of it feature, like loading your in-game set-up but wont let the rest work...)
This program is still pretty similare to a 'KEYLOGGER'.. And i would worry a lot more if my anti-virus would not react to it ;P

I'm having the same issue where I get the slimdx.dll module problem (this is running from the git checkout binary) in Windows 7 in a VM. If I try to run the release download it simply won't start and pops up the generic windows find a solution dialogue. If I click continue after the slimdx.dll error I am able to set stuff up and see current skill/buff information but no action is performed back into diablo with what has been created.
If I'm running the release version from the release section outside my VM on my Windows 10 install it works with no issue. Pretty strange, not sure how to troubleshoot further.

Maybe SlimDX.dll does not support running in a VM?

Ok. I did some follow-up and fixed it for me. IDK why this is the case since the dll is included, but for me I had to install slimdx. slimdx.org/download.phpFrom the above link I took both the .net 4.0 installers (x86 and x64) and installed it. Then, when I launched the application it was working normally, in game overlay was working and skill definitions were working. Hope this helps OP as well.

Going to give that a shot once the server comes back online.

Same issue. Couldn't start d3helper on VMWare Win7. Installed latest .net 4.0 installers from the slimdx website and all working fine now.
