We need some conditions to check monsters hitpoint percentage value: selected, in range, ...
I would like to maximize the snapshot effectiveness and therefore I need to specify different minAPS to snapshot. If the RG has >75% it has to be 4.5 APS and <75% 3.6 APS, because of missing size the initiative.

you can check if you have the buff size initiative instead of monster health
If I do it that way it could happen that STI falls off (maybe the boss is far away when he spawns), the snapshot is done (maybe I have not 100% life because of the monsters before) and I need to wait 30s until I can snapshot with STI again. In those 30s he is probably < 75% health.
