I will share with you the Casting Conditions used on my Support Monk.
Mystic Ally
Inner Sanctuary
or
Mantra of Healing - Basically, it is only used to give a little extra protection against Grotesque, Mallet Lords or Arcane beams (2 of them can't be detected by D3H)
Dashing Strike
or
Way of the Hundred Fists - When playing Generator Build
Blinding Flash - When not playing Generator Build
or
Cyclone Strike
or
All have been tested and should work well. Please, tell me anything you encounter
Mystic Ally
- Skill is not on cooldown
- Health drops below 35 %
