How do I set a condition so that when a certain COE buff is up to do something? I saw the CoE actors but couldn't figure out which ones were which.

Each element have a specific attribid with buffcount 1 when it's up. Figure out the attributeid in the activepowerview

So I've been playing with this for about an hour and I can't figure out which attribid is associated with specific buffs. Here's what I ended up having (that doesn't work): [{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":28,"Values":[1.0],"ValueNames":[3]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":1,"Values":[430674.0,752.0],"ValueNames":[0,4]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":2,"Values":[375089.0,748.0],"ValueNames":[0,4]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":2,"Values":[375089.0,746.0],"ValueNames":[0,4]},{"ConditionGroup":0,"Type":9,"Values":[1.0],"ValueNames":[3]}] I'm looking for it to use the ability if the following are all true: - Has min primary resource
- Has over 200 primary resource
- CoE Buff (Lightning) is active
- Mantra of Conviction Overawe buff is NOT active
- Has monster selected
Where did I fail regarding addribids/snos?
