- added and additional property to conditions of type MonstersInRange where u can select if the given Value should be handled as 'greater then or equal' or 'less then or equal' -> you have to remove and add those conditions otherwise they wont work anymore

it could be from time to time that users have to recreate definitions or to adjust them cause conditions changed
when changing Condition based internals i will not always spent time to implement "legacy" converters

just assign a default (in this case "true") value when intruducing new parameters, to make it work with old setups.

1. delete old condition "World_MonstersInRange" 2. be sure when you select the new "World_MonstersInRange" condition, there is a new checkbox. if not select something else then again "World_MonstersInRange". 3.to make it work like the old "World_MonstersInRange", check "greater than/equal".
was for me as software developer not hard to figure out how to make it work again, but i can imagine some other users will have more struggle how to deal with such fixes.

blahh working on public static void Fix() which will hopefully fix occuring corrupted conditions automaticaly in the future
