There are skills like Wizard_Archon_ArcaneBlast which doesn't have a cooldown but you can't spam them. There is a short pseudo-cooldown displayed (0.5s) and D3Helper doesn't take them as cooldown into account. (Player_Skill_NotOnCooldown is true even if this pseudo-cooldown is up) Is it a bug, a missing feature or not possible to take this short delay into account? I don't want to use TimedUse for that.

u are right. those spells doesnt have a cooldown attribute. its always -1 and when using the cooldown condition helper takes the -1 as usable
