Currently we can specify a condition SelectedMonster_MonstersInRange_IsBuffActive for a buff active on all monsters in range or SelectedMonster_MonstersInRange_IsNotBuffActive for a buff active of none monster in range. The problem is we have to specify an additional condition SelectedMonster_MonstersInRange where we can configurate a value of how many monsters we want to have around but we can't specify that for example 1 monster in 40y radius has a buff active.
What do I want to do?
I want to use Fists of Thunder - Static charge if I have a monster selected which has not the static charge on it. - easy I want to use Way of the Hundred Fists - Fists of Fury if there is atleast 1 monster in a 40y radius around the selected monster with static charge on it. - not possible

i will change existing conditions MonstersInRange_IsBuffActive && MonstersInRange_IsBuffNotActive && SelectedMonster_MonstersInRange_IsBuffActive && SelectedMonster_MonstersInRange_IsBuffNotActive and will add a second property where u can set the minimum amount of monsters so when MonstersInRange.Where(monster => monster.isbuff(x,y,z)).Count() >= VALUE its true
