wtf ? The ICD on your Bane of the Stricken is snapshotted when you enter a zone, use a health potion, or revive. So everybody try to snapshot with potion max attack speed to decrease ICD of Bane of the Stricken on Rift Guardian.

i would need to buffer the current aps every tick but how to decide if the current aps is the max possible aps ? this is not possible

Max APS is 5.00 and hidden bonuses (multiplicative) doesn't count.

what about adding - a condition which is true if aps is above a set value (we can set it) - a condition which is true if entered new area or just revived/been dead

you need double precission for this ? so 3.27 | 2.75 | 4.99 or just int precision ? 3 | 2 | 5

mhh we have to find a solution now cause i cant change my Condition class to double[] without fucking up all created definitions
developed that class with an int[]. when i change it to double[] now people have to recreate all definitions ._.
will think about it mby i can code a workaround converter for this ._.

ok implemented Player_MinAps in latest build and i managed it to save your alrdy created definitions with double value possibility for MinAPS

it's bugged for me - this condition is true in my tests even if my character sheet aps is below aps in condition...
