i couldnt find this feature, so i request it^^: add a condition with that i can define in which interval a skill should be casted. scenario: i want d3helper to cast rend every ~4,5 seconds but only when there are x monsters in range. the monsters in range is implemented but i couldnt find a way to tell the tool to wait a fixed time after casting the skill.

this way, when a new monster gets pulled into range or enters the range by itself, d3helper could spam rend in some situations and thus draining my ressource. also when im standing in a huuge pack of monsters, i will definitely not hit all monsters with rend and im moving around fast, so there will always be a monster somewhere in the pack that i didnt already hit with rend, so it would get spammed by d3helper. there are many situations in which all the conditions for the skill will be true, but i still dont want it to spam rend, so this kind of cast limitation would be useful.

i know its not a classic condition, that is wether true or false, but still usefull in my eyes^^ its more like a custom cooldown for a skill..
and sry for the early bump^^
