- Minimal Spirit >90% (guarantees high spirit = high damage)
- 1 or more Elite/Boss within 25 yards
- Active Mantra Buff not active
- Shenlong Buff active

Hi,
what about adding Shenlong's Buff is active?

So, should the skill be activated if the Buff is not active or only if it's active? Because Shenlong's Buff should always be active, at least when playing a Static Charge Build. I could take into consideration if Breath of Heaven is active, so it doesn't drain too much Spirit. However, Breath of Heaven should also be always active... I am confused

If you don't take shenlong into account the mantra is used before shenlong buff gets activated and you never get shenlong buff.

Why would you want to use that? Mantra of Retribution (Active) is useless. You only use it for the 10% IAS Passive Buff.

exactly!!! 10% IAS for 3 sec.

You might have misread. It gives you a passive 10 % Bonus. Passive = No need to press anything. Just have that mantra equipped and be happy

I did misread it, lol. Thx for clearing that up. And here I thought I had to spam retribution trying to snapshot.
One question though, is "Active: Increase the amount of damage dealt to 202% for 3 seconds." negligible?

Short Answer: Yes. Slightly longer Answer: Take a closer look at the base effect of the Mantra. That should tell you everything you need to know

Hi donny, I guess your description is not percentage but value.
